About our Eggs
Our hardworking hens spend their days roaming the pasture, scratching, exploring, and living their best lives. Eggs are collected fresh each day, gently washed, and packed with care so your breakfast can be as beautiful as it is delicious.

A Colorful Dozen
Every dozen is a colorful mix, ranging from soft blues and greens to warm browns and creamy whites. These beautiful colors come from the diversity of our flock, which includes breeds like Easter Eggers, Olive Eggers, Marans, Americanas, and more. Each breed brings its own natural palette to your dozen.

Taste the Difference
Compared to store-bought eggs, our yolks are often darker, more flavorful, and packed with the nutrients hens get from a varied, pasture-based diet. Our hens lay eggs with strong, sturdy shells, thanks to a well-rounded diet and free-choice access to calcium. You might notice that some of our eggs have extra-dark golden yolks, but don’t be alarmed! This rich color comes from hens nibbling on alfalfa provided to some of the goats.

Hard Working Hens
Our hens are natural helpers to the ranch. As they roam and scratch in the pasture, they eat insects, grubs, and other small pests, nasturally supporting a healthier environment for our goats, donkeys, and other animals.
